This website was begun in 2014 by Nickie, Kay's niece. While going through Kay's extensive collection of artwork by Kay and many others, Nickie realized that this should not remain in portfolio cases and closed cabinets, but instead should be seen by everyone. The fashion industry has gone through many changes over the decades, and much of this is now history and should be preserved. The artwork here is copyrighted. Please be respectful and do not reproduce it elsewhere.

Some of the artwork shown on this website is original and some is printed on tear sheets or newspapers. Although digital versions of newspapers are readily available we feel that it is interesting to see fashion illustration from various decades, displayed all together. This is by no means a complete collection, but instead, a view of the industry through the eyes of one very talented and successful artist of the times.
